Outer Faces;

  • All outer faces will be paint applied on fine plaster as indicated in the project.
  • Balcony railings will be made of iron.
  • All balconies will be of the 1st class ceramic.



Outer Windows;

  • All outerwindowswill be 7000 serial PVC and provided with mosquito covers.
  • 6 bedroom villas will have shutter for all outerwindows. Other villas will only have shutter system and electric installation ready.
  • Window ledges will be marble.
  • Glass thickness will be minimum 4 mm. The thickness will be decided according to the size of the gaps in between.
  • Outer door and the window glasses will be double glazed.

  • Apartment doors will be steel doors.

Interior Doors;
